Another action-packed week ahead for CURUFC. The Men’s Blues are back in action against the Crawshays Welsh XV this week while the Women’s Blues take on Bath at home in BUCS Premiership South. The Tigers will travel to Nottingham to play in the first round of the Midlands Conference Cup.
Wednesday 20th November:
- Women’s Blues vs Bath, 13:00 kick-off away at Grange Road.
- Men’s Blues vs Crawshays Welsh XV, 19:30 kick-off at Grange Road.
- Women’s Tigers vs Nottingham, 14:00 kick-off away at Nottingham.

Perhaps the toughest test of the season so far awaits the Men’s Blues. Crawshays Welsh RFC is one of the worlds most iconic invitational rugby union sides having been in existence for nearly 100 years. They have documented all of our results from over 300 matches, profiling over 1,600 players including all of their 450+ Internationals from both Rugby Union and Rugby League. The Women’s Blues will be looking to build on a much improved performance away at Swansea last week. The Tigers will be looking to take the first step on a deep cup run against a side who they beat at the end of last season.
We look forward to seeing you at Grange Road on Wednesday to cheer on the Light Blues. There will be food and beverage available at the Men’s Blues fixture.
Student tickets are free if they are claimed in advance or £3 on the door. Student tickets require a valid student ID. Non-member advance tickets can now be purchased for £4.50 (including booking fee). These tickets can also be purchased on the gate for £6 (both cash and card are accepted).
