The very first committee meeting to form CURUFC’s LX Club was held on 10th October 1927, and in honour of that date, the LXs will be playing a fixture on Saturday 9th October 2027 at Grange Road, after which there will be a dinner in Cambridge for current and former players.
We also intend to celebrate the LXs in the home Varsity Match at the end of the same season, which is due to be played at Grange Road in Lent 2028. All former players of the club, irrespective of whether or not they played in a LXs Varsity Match, are encouraged to participate in the celebrations.
